4. Bespoke & Personalised Products
Many of our products are custom-made to customer specifications.
Where artwork proofs, layouts, dimensions, wording or designs are supplied for approval:

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval.

Approval confirms that all information is correct.

Once production has commenced, changes may not be possible.
We cannot accept responsibility for errors that were present in approved artwork.
Custom-made and personalised products are generally exempt from cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations unless faulty, damaged or not as described.
5. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance.
We reserve the right to:

If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
